Shipping info:

Orders generally ship within 3-5 days except during the Holiday season when delays should be anticipated. Different product types may arrive in separate parcels. Customers will receive a notification when order has departed.

Cancellations and Amendments:

Many of our products are made to order and are not able to be returned. Small batch production allows us to eliminate excess waste. Please let us know within an hour of placing your order if you wish to cancel, or make a change, as processing begins right away.

Damages or Quality Issues:

After you’ve received your order, you have 3 days to address any concerns you have. Please inspect your order carefully after it arrives. If your product arrives defective or damaged, you are eligible for a replacement, or other resolution. 

For quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.
